Ishizuka provided the Japanese dubs for H.A.R.D.A.C. in Batman: The Animated Series, Captain Ganfu in Lilo & Stitch: The Series, and Creepox in Power Rangers Megaforce. He also provided the voices of the
narrator, Professor Oak, and a variety of Pokemon monsters in Pokemon.
