A bit late on this one, but we only just found out. Actor Richard Dysart died on April 5th after a long illness. You can read the full story here.
While best known for L.A. Law, Dysart did have a Saturday morning connection in that he starred as Dr. Bartholomew in two episodes of Batman: The Animated Series.
